Driving around New Mexico, I started to notice a new trend. Well, it's really not new, but it's new to me. I saw young men running towards walls followed by back flips. Some, even jumped off high structures all while twisting and turning. It was like capoeria, but flying. So, I thought to myself this would be a great activity to feature on iFitness because all you're doing is moving, and jumping, and running. What a workout! Here's the video enjoy!
