(February 8, 2010) -- I met a very cool person the other day who inspired me to get off my butt and work on one of my New Year's Resolutions. This guy use to weight 400 pounds and has already shed about 175 pounds so far. Impressive! He started a new work out routine using a new technology at this local gym. (Makes me want to follow in his foot steps.) Here's his story. Watch.
