Weight Gain...but it's okay!
The good news is four weeks ago I dropped to a weight I haven't seen in a couple of years, which is very exciting! The bad news is I lost control and gained an additional 7 pounds (I think it was a mixture of school and work deadlines as well as the recent holidays that contributed to the madness) but as of today: I'm happy to report I've dropped six of those seven pounds. My fitness experts say "its okay," my journey will have a few bumps here and there, but nothing to stress over -- so easy to say eh? The trainers I'm working along with for my fitness segment are continuing to motivate me to keep on keepin' on. THANK YOU! I'm trusting they will keep me focus. Since starting my journey to a better me I've lost 18 pounds! I won't let you down! (or me for the matter)
