Losing the Poundage


So, I have some good news. I have lost 2.5 pounds since starting my boot camp. The first day was rough. The second day, training was a killer. My third and forth day were okay. But, by my fifth day...I was running like I have never ran before. I was amazed at my energy level and was excited to see the improvement. Tomorrow starts Day 6 (and week 2). Wish me Luck!
