I was recently asked to host an event here in Springfield called “Project Dan.” The fundraiser was dedicated to Dan Imperiale, a Missouri State graduate who passed away in mid-April. Dan was an environmental advocate who pushed his friends and family to recycle and help take care of mother Earth.
“Project Dan,” not only helped the 23-year-old’s friends and family have closure, but it also gave organizers an opportunity to share Dan’s passion with the community. I was honored to be part of the event.
